ISIC Sri Lanka was thrilled to be part of Lanka Comic Con 2024, hosted at Trace Expert City, Colombo, on the 24th and 25th of August. The event buzzed with the energy of colorful cosplayers, passionate anime fans, and comic book enthusiasts, and ISIC Sri Lanka was at the heart of it all, engaging with the lively crowd.
Our dedicated stall attracted a broad range of attendees, from students to seasoned cosplayers, all curious to learn about the perks of the International Student Identity Card (ISIC). Hundreds of visitors discovered how ISIC can help them save on dining, travel, and entertainment, both locally and internationally. Anime fans and cosplayers were especially interested in the discounts ISIC offers for travel, making it easier to attend conventions and events worldwide.
The overwhelmingly positive response has inspired ISIC Sri Lanka to start planning an even larger presence at next year’s Comic-Con. We’re excited to continue promoting our global benefits to Sri Lanka’s dynamic youth community at the 2025 edition.
